Perham Wrestling Splits with OTC & Fargo Davies

PERHAM (KDLM) – The Perham wrestling team defeated OTC 43-33.

Perham was led by J Ramos McCleary, and Fudge with Falls and a solid 15-1 win by Lorentz for the win over a tough OTC team in Perham. Also winning for the Yellowjackets were B Ramos, Vetsch, Kruzel, Mickelson.

Picking up wins for OTC by Fall were K Rich, Evavold, Leabo, Poser, and wins by decision were Ehlert, and Lewis.

Fargo Davies 42 Perham 36

Perham scored 4 Falls by H Hackel, B Lorentz, G Covington, Mickelson and some very big decisions by Fudge 12-2, B Ramos 13-7, Kruzel 10-0 in a close loss to visiting Fargo Davies. Perham went 1-1 on the night but saw alot of improvement in their young wrestlers.
