The Sheriff’s Office was renovated using more than $33,000 in CARES funds.
DETROIT LAKES (KDLM) – After being temporarily relocated to the Becker County Jail, the Becker County Sheriff’s Office has moved back to 925 Lake Avenue in Detroit Lakes.
The Sheriff’s Office was renovated using more than $33,000 in CARES funds to expand the breezeway by the Sheriff’s office entrance, move a generator from inside the facility to outside to create additional indoor space to support COVID-19 social distancing guidance and bring the Sheriff’s Office into ADA Compliance.
The project began in September.
